Our house salad

Scotty, who is the wife for the first 6 months of the year has been making this salad every night with dinner:

Spinach
Orange pieces
Toasted Almonds
Feta cheese

Dressing: a drizzle of Lucero Meyer Lemon olive oil and a drizzle of either Peach or Fig balsamic vinegar.

This is THE best olive oil I have had.
The lemons are crushed with the olives.




Of course we shop locally at the cutest garden shop up the hill.
